Sauted Garbanzo beans / Black eyed peas (Sundal / Husli)

This is a protein packed dish which is very easy to make. Sundal or Husli can be eaten with rice, chappatis or as a snack by itself. It is one of my favourites. This is a continuation of the Gowri Ganesha Festival Menu. Enjoy :)
