Prithvi's Baby Spinach and Goat Cheese Salad

This easy to make delicious salad recipe was contributed by Prithvi (thanks Prithvi). As he puts it, its a perfect way to curb your hunger before the main meal of chicken, seafood or even a vegetarian meal. It helps cut down the carbs. You can mix and match dry fruits and you can also add a chopped boiled egg to increase protein. Crumbled feta cheese can also be substituted for goat cheese. Enjoy this delicious salad :) 

1 bag Baby Spinach 
1/2 cup of walnuts 
1/4 cup of raisins 
Newman's Own Light Sun-Dried Tomato Salad Dressing 
Crumbled Goat Cheese (to taste)

1. Wash spinach and place on a plate. 
2. Add crushed walnuts and raisins and add to salad. 
3. Add crumbled goat cheese and spread on to salad. 
4. Add salad dressing and enjoy.
