Edamame Masala

Peanut masala is a chaat that is commonly found in India. Last thanksgiving I decided to give this traditional recipe a twist by adding edamame instead of peanuts. Edamame masala was a hit. Enjoy this healthy and tasty snack. :)


Ingredients: 
2 cups of lightly salted dry roasted edamame 
1/2 cup pomegranate 
1 small onion peeled and chopped 
1 tomato chopped 
1 tsp chaat masala  
Lime juice to taste 
Salt to taste 

Method: 
1. Take a bowl and add edamame. 
2. Add pomegranate, chopped onions and tomato and mix well. 
3. Add chaat masala, lime juice and salt and mix well. Taste and serve.
